CAPTURING CHESTER COUNTY PHOTO CONTEST. The Short Version: Submit your original, unpublished photo between September 10th and October 9th, 2018 (by hashtag #capturingchestercounty or by e-mail to info@valleydel.com) to enter our contest. No prior photo contest winners; no professional photographers; and no more than one entry per person, please. We’ll publish a select group in our November issue and post those photos on our Facebook page for popular voting (only one vote per picture is permitted, but voters can vote for more than one photo). The top vote-getters will be reviewed by a panel of judges, with the winner getting a prize, a $100 gift certificate to Wellington Square Bookshop. Our lawyers made us write the rules below.
