Spotted This Week

This week, we spotted more repainted barriers on Gay Street in West Chester!

Back in June, the West Chester Public Arts Commission began repainting the concrete barriers that block the road during the Gay Street Open-Air Market. This week, they collaborated with West Chester University students to spruce up even more barriers. Our favorite features hometown heroes Bayard Rustin and Horace Pippin!
