New Starter
With flavors like cherry rye, raisin cinnamon and lemon-blueberry, the sourdough offerings at Wild Yeast Bakehouse’s planned storefront at Eagle Village Shops can’t happen soon enough for fans. Baker John Goncher built a loyal following who seek crispy crusts and tangy interiors at farmers markets and specialty shops. It’s a giant step from his original living room-based bakery.
