Four blocks of Gay Street (from Matlack to Darlington Street) are closed to vehicles so everyone can enjoy al fresco dining and shopping. Gay Street will be shut down for the Open-Air Market every weekend (Fri morning through Mon morning). DowntownWestChester.com.
