Chef Olga Sorzano's Full Moon Feast
This week, we spotted delicious vegan fare at Chef Olga Sorzano’s latest Full Moon Feast.
Sorzano, owner of Baba’s Brew kombucha, recently celebrated the blue moon (August 30) with a special feast at her Phoenixville tasting room, featuring a seasonal, organic, vegan menu.
Menu highlights included golden oyster mushroom and yuzu ceviche with cashew crema and plantain chips, as well as chocolate cake with peanut butter nougat and coconut milk caramel for dessert.
