Opening night at Joey Chops
This week, we spotted great food at the opening night of Malvern’s newest restaurant, Joey Chops!
The former Stove & Tap location has been transformed into an upscale modern steakhouse, with wood-fired prime cutes, bright flavors, tasty seafood and innovative cocktails.
We started with the crab and shrimp cakes in an avocado remoulade, then tried a couple of steaks (8-oz. filet mignon and 14-oz. New York strip), then topped it off with some delicious cheesecake! For drinks, we tried the Smoked Old Fashioned and Starless Sea with gin, elderflower and prosecco.
