Local towns celebrate Small Business Saturday

This week, we spotted tons of shoppers supporting local businesses across County Lines country!

Saturday, November 26 marked Small Business Saturday, and many area towns got into the holiday spirit! Downtown West Chester’s 50+ stores celebrated by offering discounts and doing giveaways. Plus, there was free street parking all weekend — always a plus in West Chester!

Friday night’s Holiday Light Parade and Tree Lighting didn’t stop Kennett Square shoppers from supporting local business! Donning Small Business Saturday tote bags, they took to State Street for great deals and good fun.

Malvern’s Christmas on King celebrations kicked off on Saturday with live music, food trucks, a beer garden and plenty of family fun activities — including live ice sculpture carving — on King Street. At night, the festivities moved to Burke Park for the tree lighting ceremony, featuring more performances, food and drink, and holiday activities.
