Scary fun at the West Chester Halloween Parade!
This week, we spotted lots of folks having a scary good time at the annual Halloween Parade in West Chester!
Starting at the intersection of Church and Market Streets, Wednesday’s parade featured performances from local marching bands, cheerleaders and more!
Thanks to the Borough of West Chester for providing photos, and shout-out to the Parks and Recreation Department for putting together this frightfully fun parade.
