Cutest Pet winner Ingrid donates prize to Brandywine Valley SPCA

This week, we spotted Ingrid, winner of our 2022 Cutest Pet Photo Contest, at the Brandywine Valley SPCA!

Ingrid donated the photo contest prize, a $100 gift card to Concord Pet Foods & Supplies, to the BVSPCA.
