Winterthur's annual Artisan Market
This week, we spotted hundreds of vendors and shoppers amid the gardens at Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library’s annual Artisan Market!
The three-day summer market brought together over 150 artisans to Winterthur’s stunning 60-acre naturalistic garden. Visitors were treated to an immersive weekend of handcrafted art, artisanal food, specialty cocktails, hands-on workshops and cultural programming.
New this year was a hand-painted piano across from the Museum Store. The 1987 upright Baldwin Classic Series piano was painted with a peony motif, inspired by Winterthur’s historic peony gardens, and invited impromptu performances from guests.
