Spotted This Week

This week, we spotted creative costumes, eager trick-or-treaters and plenty of not-so-scary fun at the West Chester Halloween Parade!

Hosted by the West Chester Parks & Recreation department, the annual parade returned with a new date and time: Sunday at 1 p.m. Local schools, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and more donned their Halloween best and paraded downtown. Kiddos filled their goodie bags at a dozen candy stations along the parade route, including at Kilwin’s, Bookmarks and the Hotel Indigo. After the parade, local marching bands, cheerleaders and dance teams performed on Market Street.
