Spotted This Week

This week, we spotted (and tasted) delicious fare from Bardea Food & Drink, one of our 2024 Best of the Best winners.

This downtown Wilmington dining destination specializes in innovative Italian small plates. We sampled several of their dishes, including the popular burrata pop tart with fennel sweet onion jam, Nonna’s meatballs, ricotta gnocchi and New York strip, and sipped craft cocktails like the Speranza — vodka, elderflower, prickly pear, sudachi and lemongrass.
