Spotted This Week

This week, we got a sneak peak at downtown West Chester’s newest restaurant: 9 Prime.

Top Chef’s Fabio Viviani’s modern Italian steakhouse — and Best of the Best 2024 honoree — is open now on South High Street, in the former First National Bank building. The 400-seat restaurant features multiple bars, year-round outdoor dining, underground speakeasy and a dining room inside the original bank vault.
