2019 Delaware Ag Week’s Urban Agriculture Session

Join the Delaware Urban Farm and Food Coalition (DEUFFC) at DCH for an evening of networking, information, and inspiration. Keynote speaker Ben Flanner, CEO and co-founder of New York’s Brooklyn Grange, will share how the world’s largest soil-based rooftop farm produces and sells vegetables, herbs, hot sauce, and honey on 2 ½ acres of intensive green roof. Brooklyn Grange’s book The Farm on the Roof: What Brooklyn Grange Taught Us about Entrepreneurship, Community, and Growing a Sustainable Business, will be available for pre-order with registration and during the event.
